Her eyes, brimmed with salty liquid, outlined with red. An irritated red, from her burning tears. These tears carry out her frustration and sadness. Sadness from a sickening realization of the world around her. Or is it a realization? Is it really a revelation? Or is it just another blind turn? Is it just another path that will just contradict what she has thought to know before. She must push herself to see that there is no knowing. There is no final equation that explains elements of life around you. Many will say differently. But She has to finally see that there is no hope for really knowing what is around her. There is no knowing of what society and life really is. There is no definition. No final solution, to a comfortable explanation within an equation.

So, She needs to dry her salty, burning eyes lift her head and walk along those black paths that have no direction.

firefly

under the protection of the moon
after the flaming sun has had its time
little eyes watch patiently
for the twinkling magic to stir.

light layers of cotton
comforts the little bodies
as they lay in the cool damp grass
which tickles from head to toe

waiting quietly
laying under the crowded starry sky
they gaze in awe, through the breaks in the trees
searching and sifting through the mystical lands...

but look,
bits of magic begin to appear
one. two. three.

barefoot they dance quietly
weaving through the floating magic specs
light here and there
where will it be next?

little dots of sun linger under the night sky
oh how these little bits of magic makes the heart flutter and the imagination fly.

There is so much I would like to say but right now... there is no way for me to compose myself. I don't know where to start and I sure as hell don't know what I will end with.

communication

Eyes are like the conductor of ones speech. They go along with every word that someone says or every phrase one makes up in the back of their brain. If you look deep enough into their eyes you can almost see the gears of their brain turning and churning to hopefully lace together just the next few words. What the eyes concentrate on while one speaks can provide security or reinsure that there is something to worry about. The eyes can be a speaker’s worst enemy; they can find that one person in a crowd while delivering a speech. The eyes can dart back and forth between the two very pair of eyes that belong to the one person that makes the speech deliverer feels so strongly to speak to. The jumping back and forth can be frantic out of fear, love, lust, or true hatred. The eyes are what speak to the soul if one looks deep enough into them. You can feel every annunciation and understand ever word with out listening at all, because of the eyes.

The twitches in the corners of ones mouth creates a visual of the internal strain of creating that perfect sentence. That one twitch is the one fraction of a second of that person’s imperfection. Every stutter, every “like”, “um”, or “uh” is that person grabbing onto one more second to compose their thoughts and strongest feelings they feel are so important to share. Or it could be the complete opposite. Those second salvagers could be time buyers, (which are both two completely different things) second salvagers can help you paint a beautiful verbal portrait; while time buyers can save you from that dreaded answer that you know will fall and crash into a million pieces that is impossible for anyone to put back together. Time buyers are those seconds that you can use to conjure up a story so you can break more than one commandment with one whack. It could be for that important business transaction, a powerful soul wrenching hate letter, or for of course that love speech that would finally inform the love of your life that you are so deeply and utterly in love that one second more alone would be unbearable. Communication is key.
